Call me ignorant, but I had no idea they fixed maelstrom + mjolnir not being able to send out another wave of lightning while one was already going. IMO this is a huge buff to heroes like Juggernaut and Ember Spirit, who would be able to make good use of the item.

huh, interesting, that could make maelstrom/mjollnir a much more popular pickup on Ember, I don't think it's as big of a buff to Jugg. Thanks for the info though!
