Instead of going Orchid on Clinkz, if you have the free-farm, go Scythe of Vyse instead! Gives you the mana regen you need, some stats, and the hex is generally more useful.

Divine rapier on Bane Elemental.... super troll. I have to say I use eul's scepter way to much on almost every hero.

Ethereal blade+ Pugna // Force Staff+ Blink dagger + Enchantress

Ethereal Blade + Morphling // Shadow Blade + Earthshaker

Ethereal blade + Lion or Lina(lina better) // Bfury + vlads+ SnY+Euls + Omni Knight

Ethereal Blade + Bane Elemental // Radiance+ MoM + Treant

Ethereal Blade + Lich // Dagon + Bounty Hunter

Oh my Favorite, Ethereal Blade + Anti Mage.

Those are a few I like.
