Void's dmg can be almost completely avoided by havin a ethereal or halberd. Casters can be shut up with an Orchid.
Eul's works too and is a lot cheaper.

Generally positioning is more important than heroes against void though.

Void doesn't really do any damage on his own though, until later in the game. The issue is the damage potential from these AoE ults combined with the lack of difficulty in landing a good Chronosphere. Things like blackhole can at least be interrupted. Once Void ults, it's done.

The best way to do it in pick split push and ganking heroes, and just never 5v5. Pick heroes that can both defend towers and gank (Veno would be an example). A lot of the heroes you listed like WD and Lich really cannot gank. Most heroes that synergize well with Chrono are not very strong at ganking (Only exception that comes to mind would be Sand King, but most people play him as a jungler now, so his gank is limited). This means that you're going to have a very safe early game most likely.

If you feel like you HAVE to straight up 5v5 constantly for whatever reason, get Silencer and some sort of sustain hero to outlast the chrono (Abaddon or Dazzle work well).

If you are going against a long lane solo Void, get a hero that zones him out like a carry Silencer (Zones out easily, and transistions into a hard counter later). If it's a tri lane void, go aggressive tri lane and do something like Viper/Sky/Aba or Viper/Sky/Dazzle.

I don't like Omni because his heals are lackluster and it's hard to get a good ult vs Chrono. Something like Chrono/Sunstrike/Mystic Flare will burst far past what omni can heal if repel is down (And a good player will jump when it's cast). Meanwhile someone like Dazzle can save regardless of the ridiculous damage output.

Also as far as WD getting BKB after his Aghs... If the WD has an Aghs and BKB, either they're not supporting or they're already so far ahead that the game is pretty much lost anyway. If it's the former and they're not support just gank constantly.

My favorite long lane against Void is honestly LC with a soul ring. She is SOOOO strong right now. If she doesn't get changed before being introduced into Captain's Mode, she will be a top pick. Guaranteed. She should be picked to solo against any melee carry.

My favorite short lane against Void is probably Lycan. Lycan is insanely strong. As long as you have wards up, Lycan can split push. If there are 3-4 missing, just sit outside of vision and wait. Don't make a move. They have to defend eventually (From creeps, not heroes). If they try to win a large team fight, Lycan pushes. The trick is to make it LOOK like you want to do a 4 man push top while Lycan takes bot, but you're not looking to engage. You're positioning as if you want to. Lycan can also get a VERY fast rosh (Not early Rosh, but can kill him within 30 seconds). Put heavy pressure top and look for TP's. If you see 1-2 TPs, they cannot respond to Rosh from TP cooldown.

Aegis is another huge counter to Chrono as well obviously. Just send Lycan into base to #YOLO with necro 3 units howled. They will respond or lose their tower within 1-2 creep waves.
