guys please help me out,a question regarding viper

as netherstrike causes normal attack to do bonus damage, so in fights should normal attack be used or does it stack with poison attack and also causes it to do bonus damage?

I'm pretty sure Nethertoxin's effect stacks with Poison Attack, so you can use both and still get the bonus damage and the poison, specifically because Nethertoxin isn't a Unique Attack Modifier.

It does stack, and I'm pretty sure the reason is because the way Nethertoxin is triggered it isn't used as a buff placer or an orb effect. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you can use it in combination with any other orb or attack modifier and it is dealt as a separate instance.
