I don't really have an over-arching meta change I want to see from this; I like the way the game is now, so I just want to kinda fix some of the more skewy balances, and a little bit of a shift towards gankers I guess?
If you want the logic behind any of my changes, ask and I'll be happy to debate them.
Disclaimer, Any hero I don't touch is one I think is in a good place;
Alchemist
Reduced Acid Spray mana cost from 130/140/150/160 to 120 at all levels
Unstable Concotion may now be channel for 6s not, 5.5s
Increased STR gain from +1.8 to +2.1
Bane Enfeeble mana cost from 95/105/115/125 to 90/95/100/105
Bloodseeker Bloodrage now costs 5/10/15/20 when cast on-self Thirst range changed from global to 3000
STR gain per level increased to +2.3 (Was +2)
Bounty Hunter Shadow Walk mana cost increased to 70/60/50/40
Shruiken Toss Bounce range decreased from 1200 -> 900 Track cast range from 1200 ->900
Base movespeed decreased by 5 (From 315 -> 310)
Brewmaster Primal Split cooldown from 140/120/100 to 130/110/90
Fire-Spirit HP from 1200/1200/1200 -> 1200/1400/1600
Death Prophet
Level 4 Witchcraft now gives 5% lifesteal on all DP's spells (Swarm and Ghosts)
Increased Exorcism duration from 30s to 40s
Doom Scorched Earth from 60/55/50/45 -> 45/40/35/30
Increased base INT from 13 to 16 (Mana from 169 -> 208)
Drow Ranger Marksmanship bonus is now halved if an enemy is within the radius, not removed entirely.
Earth Spirit
Thrown into captain's mode for like 3 weeks before people rebel and get it removed again. Or it gets nerfed to the ground. Either way worst idea here =D
Elder Titan Astral Spirit damage increased from 60/90/120/150 -> 90/120/150/180 Astral Spirit now applies a 5% slow on heroes, and a 25% slow on creeps Earth Splitter damage increased from 35% to 35/40/45%
Units touched by Earth Spliter during formation now take a 15/20/15% slow. If hit by the damage, the full slow is applied, not stacked.
Enchantress
Increased base STR from 16 to 18 (HP from 454 -> 492)
Gyrocopter Call Down cooldown increased from 55/50/45 -> 80/70/60
Movespeed from 315 ->300
Huskar
Inner Vitality mana cost reduced from 170 -> 130 Burning Spear's duration decreased from 6-8
Ag's Life Break lowers the magic resistance of the target by 33% (So base resistance goes to 0 on most heroes)
Invoker
Rescaled Cold Snap damage per proc from 7/14/21/28/35/42/49 to 13/19/25/31/37/43/49
Base damage increased from 35-41 to 38-44
Ag's now adds an extra instance of QWE to each spell (Same scaling as already exists) as well as the CD reduction.
Jakiro Ice Path stun duration increased from 1/1.4/1.8/2.2 -> 1/1.5/2.0/2.5
Lifestealer
Increased BAT from 1.7 -> 1.6
Something to do with the Ag's that I have no ideas on.
Lina Dragon Slave range from 1025 -> 800 Dragon Slave cooldown from 8.5s to 12s Light Strike Array cooldown from 7s to 11s Fiery Soul attack speed bonus from 40/55/70/85 -> 30/40/50/60
Lagune Blade cooldown from 70/60/50s -> 90s
Attack range from 670 -> 600
Lone Druid
Ag's now causes the Bear and the Druid to share gained stats (I.E. the stat bonus from Skadi applies to both the Druid and the Bear once regardless of which hero it is on)
Lycan Shapeshift transformation time changed from 1.5 to 1.5/1.0/0.5s
Mirana
Mana cost of Starstorm decreased from 100/120/140/160 -> 100/110/120/130
Morphling Waveform mana cost from 140/155/160/165 -> 120/130/140/150
Adaptive Strike base stun from 0.25 to 0.25/0.5/0.75/1.00
Naga Siren Song of the Siren radius decreased from 1025 to 800
Base movespeed reduced from 320 to 305
Base armour reduced by 2 (5.94 -> 3.94)
Necrophos
Death Pulsa mana cost decreased from 125/145/165/185 -> 110/130/150/170 Sadist HP regen per stack increased from 1/2/3/4 -> 2/3/4/5
Death Timer addition of Reaper's Scythe rescaled to 10/20/30s
Oracle
Something to make him less eeh. No idea what, this hero is a pain to balance. Probably like reduce his CD to 30s on his ult or something.
Outworld Devourer
Added 0/5/10/15% splash damage to Arcane Orb
Lowered Sanity's Eclipse cooldown from 160 -> 100
