Link to chapters

How do you link to a chapter in your guide without causing a new browser tab to open? The url and goto shortcoes seem to cause a new browser tab to open.

Also, I find it strange that there's no way to search the forums, nor is there a formatting guide on the Create/Edit guide page listing all available shortcoes. I actually have had to use google to find a list of shortcodes...
