I noticed a while back that the section for Aghanim's Scepter needed an update. Since it still needs it, I wrote down the updated list.
Abaddon - Increases duration from {3,4,5} to {5,6,7}
Ancient Apparition - Increases Frostbite duration from {8,9,10} to {17}
Axe - Decreases cooldown from {75,66,55} to {6}, Increases kill threshold from {250,350,450} to {300,450,625}, Increases speed on kill duration from {6} to {10}
Bane - Increases duration from {5} to {7}, Increases damage from {100,155,215} to {155/215/270}, Increases mana-steal from {5%} to {10%}
Beastmaster - Lowers cooldown from {80,75,70} to {45}, increases cast range to {950}
Brewmaster - Gives Earth Element Brewmaster's current level of Thunder Clap, Drunken Haze to Storm Element, and Drunken Brawler to Fire Element, each with independant cooldowns from Brewmaster.
Chen - Decreases cooldown from {160,140,120} to {30}
Clockwerk - Decreases cooldown from {70,55,40} to {12}
Crystal Maiden - Increases damage from {105,170,250} to {170/250/310} per explosion, Increases slow from {30%} to {50%}
Dark Seer - Increases illusion outgoing damage from {70%/80%/90%} to {100%/120%/140%}
Dazzle - Increases AoE from {575} to {775}, Increases armour per second from {0.75,1,1.25} to {1,1.25,1.5}
Disruptor - Increases duration from {5} to {7}, Increases pulses from {20} to {28}, Iilences items.
Doom - Increases duration from {15} to {16}, Increases damage per second from {30,50,70} to {50,80,110}, Duration does not count down if within 900 range of Doom.
EarthShaker - Causes each initial hero hit to echo twice.
Enchantress - Adds {190} bonus range
Enigma - Adds current level of Midnight Pulse to Black Hole. Stacks with Midnight Pulse.
Faceless Void - Increases duration from {4,4.5,5} to {4,5,6}, decreases cooldown from {120,110,100} to {60}
Gyrocopter - Increases range from {1000} to global, increases damage of second missle from {100,150,200} to {175,225,275}
Huskar - Increases damage from {50%} of the target's health to {65%}, decreases cooldown from {45,30,15} to {4}
Invoker - Decreases cooldown from {22,17,12,5} to {16,8,4,2}, Removes mana cost
Jakiro - Increases range to {1350}, increases damage from {100,140,180} to {125,175,225}
Juggernaut - Increases number of slashes from {3,6,9} to {6,9,12}
Leshrac - Increases damage per pulse from {66,100,144} to {100,150,200}
Lich - Increases damage from {280,370,460} to {370,460,550}, increases cast range to {850}
Lina - Increases damage from {450,675,950} to {600,925,1250}, increases cast ramge to {900}
Lion - Increases damage from {600,725,850} to {725,875,1025}, decreases cooldown from {160,100,40} to {100,60,20}, decreases mana cost from {200,420,650} to {625}, causes it to hit units in a 200 AoE.
Luna - Increases duration from {1.8,3.6,5.4} to {1.8,4.2,6.6}, increases number of beams from {4,7,10} to {4,8,12}, increases maximum hits per target from {4} to {12}
Meepo - Increases number of clones from {1,2,3} to {2,3,4}, increases stats from items from {0%} to {100%}
Nature's Prophet - Increases maximum targets from {16} to {18}, increases damage from {140,180,225} to {155,210,275}
Necrophos - Increases damage per missing hp from {0.4,0.6,0.9} to {0.6,0.9,1.2}, decreases cooldown from {100,85,70} to {70}, decreases mana cost from {175,340,500} to {150,340,500}, heroes killed by Reaper's Scythe cannot buy back.
Night Stalker - Gives unobstructed vision at night.
Ogre Magi - Unlocks "Unrefined Fireblast".
Omniknight - Gives global range to Gaurdian Angel, Affects buildings
Outworld Devourer - Increases range from {600,650,700} to {700,750,800}, Increases intelligence multiplier from {8,9,10} to {9,10,11}
Puck - Increases coil break damage from {100,150,200} to {200,250,300}, Increases duration from {5} to {7}
Pudge - Adds a strength multiplier to damage, damage delt is returned as health to Pudge
Pugna - Increases health drained per second from {120,160,200} to {180,240,300}, Increases cast range from {850} to {900}, removes cooldown.
Queen of Pain - Increses damage from {350,475,600} to {350,530,725}, decreases cooldown from {35} to {40}
Razor - Decreases strike interval from {0.7,0.6,0.5} to {0.55,0.45,0.35}, allows Eye of the Storm to strike buildings.
Rubick - Increases cast range from {1000} to {1400}, Decreases cooldown from {20,18,16} to {5}, upgrades any stolen spells to have their Aghanim's modifiers.
Sand King - Increases number of pulses from {6,8,10} to {8,10,12}, decreases cooldown from {140,120,100} to {120,100,80}
Shadow Shaman - Increases ward damage from {40-45,55-60,70-75} to {85-90,105-110,125-130}, Increases duration from {40} to {45}
Silencer - Increases duration from {4,5,6} to {5,6,7}
Skywrath Mage - Decreases cooldown from {60,40,20} to {20,10,0}
Spirit Breaker - Increases range from {400,550,700} to {550,700,850}, decreases cooldown from {75} to {20}, Applies level 4 Greater Bash on all units in a 200 radius.
Tiny - Increases tossed unit bonus damage from {35%,50%,65%} to {50%,65%,80%}, Increases attack range from {128} to {235}, Adds 50% cleave in a 400 AoE, Increases damage dealt to buildings by {1.75%}
Tinker - DOubles Laser cast range, doubles Heat-Seeking Missile count.
Undying - Increases damage amplification from {20%,25%,30%} to {25%,30%,35%}, increases damage amplification minimum from {5%,10%,15%} to {10%,15,20,%}, Increases amount healed on hero death from { 6%} to {10%}, Increases amount healed on non-hero death from {2%} to {3%}
Vengeful Spirit - Decreases cooldown from {45} to {10}, allows Nether Swap to be used on any unit.
Venomancer - Increases duration from {12,14,15} to {14,15,16}, Increases damage per second from {36,58,81} to {58,82,108}, Decreases cooldown from {140,120,100} to {60}
Viper - Increases range from {500} to {900}, decreases cooldown from {80,50,30,} to {12}, Decreases mana cost from {125,175,250} to {125}
Visage - Changes Familiar count from {2} to {3}
Warlock - Changes Golem count from {1} to {2}, Decreases Golem health and damage by 25%, Increases bounty by 50%
Witch Doctor - Damage increases from {60,90,120} to {90,120,150}, Increases targets from {1,1,one bounce} to {1,one bounce,four bounces}
Windranger - Cooldown decreased from {60} to {15}, Removes damage penalty.
Zeus - Increases damage from {225,350,475} to {440,540,640}
