I wouldn't recommend this to new players for a few reasons. First of all, you don't Last Hit, you just Auto-Attack the Creep Wave. It's fine to do this once Death Prophet has Exorcism and you're ready to Push a Tower, but when you're just trying to Farm for the 1st few minutes, you should wait until the Creeps HP is low and Last Hit/Deny them.
Secondly, if you are going to get a Battlefury on Phantom Assassin you should buy the Ring of Health 1st, not the Void Stone. You need HP far more than you need Mana. Also you can buy the Ring of Health from the Side Shops rather than running all the way to the other Team's Secret Shop, which can be an easy way to get yourself Killed.
Speaking of dying, a lot of your Deaths were very easy to avoid. At around 13:30 (Youtube time), you're fighting a Bristleback with Death Prophet. You end up getting Viscous Nasal Goo on you and are taking slightly more Damage than Bristleback because of attacking his back, triggering Quill Spray and dealing less Damage to him, so you sensibly retreat to the High Ground where he can't do anything to you. Yet for some reason, you then dive right back in and end up Feeding him an easy Kill. You should have just stay out of Goo Range and just Daggered him until Weaver arrived, preventing him from chasing you or running away, perhaps even helping Death Prophet to Escape.
Next, at around 16:00, your Team notices Bristleback Pushing your Top Tower, so some of you go to Defend and Push back, atthis point, all the other Dire Heroes are Missing. At about 16:45 half your Team is caught under their Tower by 4 of them, you melt instantly. Since they were Missing for so long, you should have been more cautious.
After this, you seem to spend the rest of the Game Pushing Lanes and Farming alone, without a Town Portal Scroll rather than joining up with your Team. Aside from Killing Bristleback when he tried to take your Bottom Tower, you weren't particularly useful to your Team. They even took Mid Rax by themselves, something you should have considered helping out with.
Your Starting Items are pretty solid though, Tango, Healing Salve, 2 Iron Branches and a Stout Shield is excellent on most Melee Hard Carries and getting a Black King Bar is essential for Teamfights.
