Team Matchmaking on Dota 2 is glitchy

Recently me and my team were ready to battle against another in Dota 2. Weve been waiting 10 minutes just to get into a team match, and then Dota 2 crashes. IT CRASHES. it was really upsetting for the team, and especially me too because I'm the team leader. Idk if it's fixed yet. Has this happened to anyone?

Creep Stacking as a cheat option?

I've watched a few videos of people super creep stacking in previous versions of Dota 2. But now that possibility is gone due to a bug fix update. But I've been thinking, maybe Valve should let the Creep Stacking become a cheat option for lobby games. You know, just for fun, besides, Dota 2 isn't only about competition right? Feel free to leave your opinions! :-)
