But in all seriousness yes NP has become... well, a ****, in the meta.

Meh. I think Prophet isn't that good in the meta. Right now his treants are pretty much food for most of the cores in the current meta. Shadow Blade also will only get you so far in the game too. Eventually they will start buying dust until one of them gets a gem.

Dagon is nice but it won't win you games.

Troll and Dusa would eat the treants like candy.

Storm and QoP would blow NP up like a lit match in a corn silo.

Heck, Lion could possibly solo the prophet with ease.

i actually had an idea about the natures prophet problem.

solo safelane prophet.

so basically im working off the "farm accelerator" idea.

you go safe lane against a solo offlaner (preferably melee) and you use your tress to farm jungle while you farm lane, accelerating your farm by maybe 100-200 gpm, you build phase drums blink necro deso and also by going safelane your able to rotate quicker for ganks. plus since your staying in lane for longer you can go the max sprout tree's build.

the problem is .... there are better drafts for that.

slark solo safe
cent solo safe
qop solo safe

unless he gets a buff to maybe his agility or his tree's (an inbuilt deny like cancel tree's would be awesome) then there is no place for him in current meta.
