Need SEA mentor! For support role!

Hi,

I have 1000+ games and a very good knowlege of the game. I am ok in normal all pick pubs. But now i am trying to get my game going to tournaments. So i tried to practice captains draft and we got owned every game. I know it's the team play that didn't workout. But i lack as a support in doing all those things which they in pro games. So someone pls help in being a support in team games.
