To be fair, you have a winrate >50%, which in my opinion is not bad. Your item builds all look fine. I'd say maybe you are just getting repeatedly unlucky on the matchmaking algorithm, pitting you against better opponents. Perhaps it's just a lack of coordination on your team. It could be any reason, really.

You are playing on EU West, so am I. I can help you a little bit. I am using a mic, so it might be helpful for you. You can add me on Steam as well. Cheers.

You are playing a lot of all random, which often results in ****ty drafts, play all pick and it will be at least a bit better.

We just played this game. We did a classic Crystal Maiden + Sven safe lane.

What im a doing wrong?

Picking Chen against world's biggest dps (plus psi blades and split shot), picking Rubick against world's biggest disablers, Sniper against Pudge, Razor against spell-based heroes. I think you really need to realize that many games are won or lost in the picking stage. Granted, if your team forces you to pick first, this isn't your fault, but that can't be the case in every game you've lost. I would suggest reading some material on hero strengths and weaknesses, friends and foes, and the like.
