Slardar, Void, and Troll Warlord can all perma-bash. Tinker is kind of special-case because of permasheep but he's squishy as hell and countered by diffusal.

Slardar is the Faceless Void of strength carries.
IDK why people dont understand that his bash has NO cooldown and rather than initiating, you can build attack speed on him as a viable anti carry alternative.

I have had players flame me for building him as a position 2 hero ,going Shadow Blade and Maelstrom as cores.

Shadow Blade gives him max move speed with his first skill. He will have kiting issues but initiation is still not lost. Plus with more AS you easily take out lone heroes. His stats are remarkable with above average agi gain. Why dont they play him as carry is beyond my understanding since i have been playing dota for only a year.
