he is not really played as a hard carry, the most succesfull juggers ive seen were played really agressively, and were good later in the game cause they snowballed and farmed fast with MoM.
The games where jugger was played as the only carry where they didnt completely snowball out of controll saw him really falling off, since he is melee, squishy all game and is pretty bad at dishing out sustained damage in sustained fights.
