I need help getting out of bot trench!

I would not join a team unless you have at least gotten very good with at least 3 or 4 heroes. I myself am a jack of all trades, master of none, being able to play every hero (except Slardar and Outworld Devourer) at least good, but not pubstomping with any (except hard carries).

If you really want to increase MMR at any cost just insta-lock Riki and build an Abyssal Blade and Mask of Madness or Helm of the Dominator, so few people bother with detection at trench level that you'll stomp more often than not. Forget teamwork, forget wards, just pick off lone or weakened heroes early and snowball to the point where your average trench player can't stop you.

You'll hate yourself for being the worst type of player, get called a noob constantly, and most importantly will ****** your development as a player but it's almost guaranteed to get you out of the trench if that's your goal.
