Help me!!Connection problem

Help me please anyone. i was playing dota fine for almost a week now, and now its started to go definitely wrong. I can't play anymore as in a very laggy mode is on or something. i can join the match no problem, but when i pick a hero, it wont move and it's like running in the same spot for bout 2 3 minutes then moves a few seconds and stops again, and this continues throughout the game, i had to leave the game, and made me abandoned 2 games now thus giving me low priority in finding a match. I thought it's only when im playing a matchmaking, but it also happens when i want to watch other people play, it did the same thing, hero's wont move, running in same spot and there is an red error on the top right stating something like error :103.28.54.111:27019 will disconnect in ___ seconds. please help me, im sure it's not a connection problem because i tried playing dota 1 again and it runs smoothly and my connection is fine, i can run youtube without buffering, so i guess that's not an issue. so please,someone help me, i want to play again:(

Does it flash in and out with colors, and noises?

yes,something like that. im trying to re-install it right now. i hope it'll be gone. but is there other conclusion to this? im really baffled about this..

Ok, the problem might be the video card, because on my second computer I had to swap out my good video card for a lesser one due to it breaking a while back, and I know everything else is good to play dota 2, so it would be the video card alone.

im not sure it is, because i can play dota 1 ok, and even on dota 2, the resolution i set is very low, lower than my dota 1.thanks for your help anyways:)

Well, dota 1 isn't anything compared to dota 2. I had the same problem with low resolution too, so that could still be the problem.

thanks again, after 3 days i finally figured out it was the internet modem. now its fixed:)
