Problem with results

i hope an admin is reading and would kindly help me resolve it. I am very new to dota 2 and i've only played more or less 6 games today, 2 of them are bot games and the other 4 is with people around SEA. the problem is it's not stating my wins in those games,only losses. like i won if im not mistaken 3 games, and lost 1 game with other players, yet it only states 1 lost 0 wins n 0 draws. why is this happening?is there a bug? Hope someone could help me with this

- Bot matches don't count for anything
- Games where people leave during, sometimes do not count as a loss or win

These are the only things that come to mind.

Ya the leaver system is a hot topic because a lot of the game outcomes have been very mixed, but there has been many reports of games with leavers that do not count as a win or a loss, still no real method behind this madness because some of the games do count.

yahh,im now bck to furious mode because i just played a game before and it was 5v5 until the end, and it didn't state my win..this is down right not fair.is there a bug??
