Lycan is still pretty OP. Just watched a game with him and the movespeed is just ****ing OP.

Ahem. Phantom Lancer.

Ok, after playing a few games, I admit my first impression was wrong. Phantom Lancer wasn't nerfed that badly, yeah he doesn't have the invisibility escape anymore, but he's still quite good and it's actually even more fun to play now, with that ability that lets you shuffle among your illusions. And Bloodseeker is annoying, but not that much of a threat.
But the most OP after this update is definitely Ogre Magi... not only for the increased hp regeneration, the multicast was improved a lot and with a bigger delay between recasting, it happened me quite some times to be stunned x4 and then restunned again because fireblast was already off cd -___-

After this update I find Riki being buffed rather than nerfed. He can now be invis since lvl1, good for trilanes and roaming support/ganker. Also charges on blink give him a second escape mechanism as now he can hit and run from the distance, besides invis and cloud. :S

Not really good in tri-lanes since he will be last-hitting a lot, which cancels the invis and beats the purpose of him having it anyway. He can offlane somewhat effectively now though.
