He doesn't hurt. I never lost to him yet. His ulti at late game with aghs do hurt but you'll be at 3k hp each with my item build if you tank it all ^_^

I wouldn't really say he counters meepo. It is only slightly more damage from his ult, and as long as meepo goes pipe, the damage from his stuns won't be too terrible.
