So i want to make a new team... consisting of high 3k/ low 4k mmr's...
So me personally i am neither of these... but i feel i usually do good in my ranked and i calibrated it the second i hit lvl 13. and i think playing with higher mmr players would make me play better... please leave the following material down below

Hey, I'm not going to apply, but if you want to improve i suggest you playing in the reddit dota 2 league. Most people on us west are sub 4k, while most on division us east are above 4.5 k so you could just wait till the next season starts, and paly with them to learn to get better.
