Alright so I am unable to all chat. I always have it enabled and my teammates and enemies can always use it. I've tried holding shift first. I've tried hitting SHIFT + ENTER simultaneously. I've even tried using the left shift key for some stupid reason. I would say just uninstall and reinstall right? But the same problem appears on my laptop as it does on my desktop. I've even changed the key bindings and changed them back. In my settings the All chat shift + enter box is gray and unclickable. I was hoping I could find answers here, or in the least possibly someone with the same problem. Please help me.

Not that I know of. Where would it tell me? I haven't been playing online enough to even get chat banned. XD
