That camp sometimes spawns a group of creeps containing a healer. I don't remember the name, but he sits back and heals the others if they've taken damage and will mess up your stack. To avoid this, just swoop in without attacking the creeps, they'll still chase you.
Edit: I thought you were talking about stacking. If so, then what I wrote first is still right. If you mean pulling, the pull time is 43 seconds, not 53. You don't have to look at it so rigidly, though. Just observe when the creeps will likely be getting there and how long it takes you to walk. Pull time is roughly at the :15 and :43 though.
Also it's easiest to stack by pulling them straight into the lane. Also be careful about breaking vision with the tree line. If you run into fog they run back to the camp. If you pull at the :53 second mark kind of stutter step your way to the lane so you don't break vision and they don't run back to soon. I believe they follow for 7 seconds if you don't break vision. I typically pull at the :54 second mark to make sure I don't mess up the pull.
