High Skilled Dota Team (US)

Hello to everyone looking to be on a dota team!
My friend and I are starting a team, and we would like to find five others who want to join the team as well. While I am pretty good, my friend is around a 4.5k player, so we would like to take this team seriously. With dota 2 experience in tournaments such as the STARLADDER LEAGUE, IXDL, AND CEVO, we feel comfident that we can get a good team in do well together. Please review the guidelines below before responding:

You must have a MMR of 3.7 and above, either solo or party. This is to ensure everyone is as goos as they say they are. (note, if you feel as though you should be higher, still feel free to respond to the thread)

You must be commited to dota! (At LEAST 2 games a day usually, you can have days where you cant play though)

You must have a mic and be able to get chat programs such as skype, mumble, or team speak
