Hey everyone, I'm here to bring you my 3rd hero idea. He focuses on fire and blasting however his origins are from cold places.
Poshuning the Rocket Panda
Lore: Poshuning never forgets the day his father died. It was a cold, winter night in the Wailing Mountains. Soldiers from the local armory were patrolling the streets, looking for any signs of danger. Poshuning walked up the street to find his father. He looked for hours and hours but his father had seemed to disappear. After all hope was lost Poshuning decided to return home. He found his father, but his father was motionless. Across his chest lay a slash, a burn, and chains. Poshuning watched there, as his father passed. Poshuning took up arms and began looking for this man. He has traced this man down to the Fortress of Flares. Poshuning swears to this day that he will blow this place up from the skies and avenge his father.

Q:Rocket Blast:
Poshuning loads up his rockets, and after a short charging time is able to launch the rockets. These rockets deal heavy magic damage and can be shot from far distances.
Damage Type: Magical
Charge time: 2 seconds (similiar to alchemist, you can walk while charging)
*If you do not launch the rocket within 5 seconds of charging, the rocket cannot be launched anymore
Max Range: 2,500
Speed: 1,800
Explosion AoE: 200 (Area that will take damage upon exploding)
Rocket Hitbox: 180 (Size of rocket collision)
Damage: 80/140/200/260
Cooldown: 13/11/9/7 (After launching the rocket will the cooldown start)
Mana Cost: 95/110/125/140
W:Fuse Charge:
Poshuning throws a sticky, flammable substance at an AoE. Enemy units in the AoE will be slowed, take DPS, and will take additional Rocket Blast damage for a duration.
E:Boom Bounce
Poshuning takes a leap into the air, loading an additional rocket. This rocket has a separate charge time than Rocket Blast. This rocket also does reduced damage compared to Rocket Blast, but bonus damage from Fuse Charge will still apply.

*If you do not launch the rocket within 3 seconds of charging, the rocket cannot be launched

Poshuning ascends into the air and selects a target, he will have vision of this target for a duration and can shoot rockets at them, these rockets deal heavy nuke damage and their range is global but the speed remains the same. Skillshot.

Damage per Rocket: 200
Total Damage: 400/800/1200 (If all rockets are hit)
Blast AoE: 300
Speed: 2,600
Vision AoE: 400 flying vision
* You can only gain vision of a single target
Cooldown: 75
Mana Cost: 120/180/240
Pros and Cons: Deals lots of damage through skillshots
Long range ultimate to finish off enemies
Has great chase potential
Doesn't need many items aside from mana items
Early Game monster
Scales off late game
Squishy with weak strength gain
Does absolutely nothing against magic immunity
Silences get rid of his usefulness
Just a basic combo:
Throw Fuse Charge
Ready your Rocket Blast and launch
Boom Bounce and launch that rocket at the target
Total Damage: 1,000 Magic damage
Upon meeting an ally
Earth Spirit: It's great to finally meet someone from home.
Tusk: Cold tidings to you, my friend!
Ancient Apparition: You have some chilling humor, in the best way.
Jakiro: Do tell your, other head, to calm down a bit?
Upon meeting an enemy
Lina: Fire from anywhere is a flame that must be crushed.
Ember Spirit: I will put you out, as snow covers ember.
Phoenix: Did you say something? Sorry, I don't speak bird.
Jakiro: I thought we were friends, we should talk about this later
Timbersaw: The trees will fall before you, as do embers to me
