Looking to either create or join a team

I am a proficient Dota 2 player with replays indicating my level of knowledge and execution in the game. The traits would be looking for in creating a team would be no different than if I were joining a team. They are as follows:

1. Most importantly, you must be willing to work with your team mates. Communication and developing a 6th sense action are vital.

2. Respectful players only. If you have a tendency to scream and curse at your team, don't bother contacting me....

3. Willing to learn. If you cannot watch your own replays or rely solely on mimicking other people's strategies then it's not going to work between you and I.

By the way... if you are one of those people who likes to brag about how your xxxx level MMR makes you desired for dota, please look for another player. If you think that Valve's MMR system is an accurate representation of proficiency, then you are already disqualified.

I am also looking for players who speak English. I usually play on either USA server, and occasionally on EU West.

I also need players with a working microphone / headset.
