Skywrath Mage using ancient seal right before an Aghs Lina with Laguna Blade. Highest damage possible in one hit.

Second to Lina would be Lion using an Aghs Finger.

Lol, that's how you play Tinker. E-blade > Dagon > Rearm is most damaging combo for as little mana as possible (dat broken england :/).

I know right, my buddy managed 2 30+ kill games with it on Saturday, it's the ultimate: "Peekaboo **********er" combo...besides Lion with aghs, veil and say.. Magnus setting up for you
Step 1: Pick Bristleback
Step 2: type in all chat:"GL hf"
Step 3: solo offlane
Step 4: first blood triple kill solo vs trilane
Step 5: continue head butting keyboard
Step 6: don't care, Bristleback doesn't give a ****
Step 7: screenshot repeated: BB OP comments in all chat
Step 8: alternate games with Slark pick

not really, with aghs thats still only about 2400 damage or something, and thats not even counting magic resistance. Honestly this combo would do jack **** to strength heroes and if you get the kill on a squishier hero then the strength hero will have killed both of you....not a good idea.

Aghs upgrade on lina goes through magic resist I believe. But at level 6 you'd pretty much be able to destroy the enemy.

Edit: also including the double stuns from lion and lina plus hex from lion it wouldn't be hard to mow down and enemy.

it goes through magic immunity, not magic resist.

Any of those (more so Focus Fire) would be good when paired with a lockdown/stun hero. Frostbite + Focus Fire = 3 seconds of heavy damage.
