New Lowish level team

Alright hello all on dotafire, most of you know me as I spend quite a bit of time around here, now to business.
I have been stacking with friends for a fairly long time now but I am at the stage where I want to have a team of people I can get to know, improve with and most of all win with. I am a bit of a tryhard so if you don't really give a **** if you win or lose in dota, don't comment.

I have not decided on team name or anything yet as I believe my team should has some input on that decision

I do requite that you are calibrated with mmr but anywhere between 1200-2200 is perfectly fine, above that would be silly as I want to improve with people not be carried by them

I am also a tryhard who watches lots of competitive games and pro streams to learn stuff.
btw my profile stats suck and its mostly because I had bad net a few months ago and I played alot of games and ended up abandoning them :D
