Looking For A Team!

My friend and I want to begin a team and have done so. I play mid and he plays hard carry/farmer (e.g alch or anti) thus we are looking for offlaner, full support and jungle/support.

Requirements

-Must be in the Uk and speak great english!
-MMR of between 2000-3000
-Plays a decent amount
-Wants to have fun and gradually get better at the game
-Has a fairly good microphone and Skype
-Around 14-18 years of age if possible perhaps +- 1
-Doesn't rage when anyone makes mistakes (We learn from them :)

Hope anyone is interested we would like to get this team up and running soon therefore we don't have to cope with any more RUSSIANS!!!!!!! :D

you might want to increase the amount of countries people can be from, you might want to include north america. If not you might be starved for people to be trying to join you.
