Got some questions about static link

1. Does it work if the hero activates magic immunity?

2. Does it work if a hero uses shadow blade or any equivalent such as weaver, bounty hunter or clinkz?

3. Can you astral imprison, phase shift, or euls sceptre to break the link?

4. Is it better to static link a hero with poor mobility to guarantee more damage steal such as lion or witch doctor? Or is it better to static link a strong carry hero such as void or phantom assassin, but you risk them blinking away to break the link before you deal much damage?
