Hi there, I really liked the guide. Gave us the pro's and cons which i agree with and also a section on when to pick and not to pick which i feel is always great to add in as i know when i learn new hero's and look up guides i look for that kind of thing to be in there so good work right there.
All i would really ask for is more description on why you have selected the items you have? So for example why pick up a Blink Dagger? whats its pro's and con's for Timbersaw? Why is Blade Mail situational? Now i just picked those items at random to highlight my point of more description on the items, makes it much more user friendly but apart from that i agree with the guide and agree playing Timbersaw is hella fun. +1
I personally don't see value in a blink dagger-
Timbersaw is one of the most mobile characters in the game, hell, you mentioned it yourself that Timber chain has a stupidly low cooldown, so initiating/chasing is well covered by a natural skill. On top of the fact you can also move up/down hills with it, if you still hit a tree.
I mean, late game and if you have the money to throw away I suppose it's not the worst item you can get, as positioning is one of the most important aspects to playing him.
Nonetheless, I think it's best suited to spend the money on pieces of your bloodstone. Honestly, the game will go one of two ways-
1- you get bloodstone, rape everything, gg push all lanes with infinite mana bloodstone + Chakram + Whirling Death to instantly kill the enemy creep wave (seriously, it's my favorite wavepush combo) + Boots of Travel for mobility (Radiance can be thrown in for lolsy pushing power, but is not necessary by any means, same with BoT, BoT just gives you split push, since Timbersaw doesn't really have Tower-damaging abilities as much as wave push.)
2- you get raped in the early-mid and can't get your bloodstone until super late-game (in which case you really shouldn't buy it, instead buy good utility items like Linken's Sphere or Shiva's Guard/anything with mana regen + utility use) and either you win by way of trying to win teamfights with your farmed carry carrying and/or playing rat dota with Timber's counter-push/split push (see aforementioned Ult + Q + BoT combo)
Also, it is worth noting that mana boots can be disassembled for Bloodstone.

And another thing, stun heavy teams are not very friendly for Timbersaw (ex-Sven + Witch Doctor) as you can be stunned out of and during Timber Chain and if they nuke you down (Sven Ult + Daedalus = holy **** that hurt) you will instantly die early-mid game. If this is the case, it will be worth the investment for a BKB, however this will slow your purchase of a Bloodstone.
Good guide though :)
Thanks, i put the blink dagger up there because sometimes i feel like even with all my mobility, while pushing the ancient i find it almost impossible to utlize timber chain to initiate on enemies, and i know some enjoy the dagger.
Also, the Mana boots dissassemble is mentioed in scetion 4 of the guide :P

Upvoted , my build exactly and i love how you put in the blink dagger. I get flamed quite a lot when i get it for him.
I think it's worth mentioning lanes where you put in a level in reactive armor at 1 instead of timberchain when offlaning. If a lane has lots of ways to interrupt your chain it is practically useless and skilling reactive armor would be much less dangerous.
I think you should pick up a point booster before the perseverance though. Items are perfect , i tend to get a dagon when i'm completely snowballing.
