Team recruiting (shadow of the arrowes)

Hello, I played a long time with my friends in team called Awaited doom (about 70% wins). Then one player left it, so we accepted one new but it wasn�´t like before. Because of only three of us are active now, i decided to establish new team called "Shadow of the arrowes". These two won�´t be members, so Iam looking for four experienced players who:
have time to one or two matches between six PM and nine PM (GMT +1)
can English and have microphone (for ingame communication, no TS and things like that)
are team players and can pick situationally
have fluently connection to Europe servers
my dota2 level is 70, i have 511 wins and 521 loses and 45 abandoned (usually connection problems). I can play very well morphling, brewmaster, troll warlord, enigma, wraith king, medusa, tiny...
