I don't really agree with the Arcane Boots part though. I normally have naked boots the whole game, before skipping over to Boots of Travel when I've got all my **** - Blink, Bkb, Mek etc. I just use my Soul Ring whenever I have mana issues.
This.
I'm really surprised you don't consider the Mekansm as a core item, you can usually farm both Mek and Blink/BKB in 15-20 minutes if you're doing well in the jungle and one or two enemy towers are down.
As Enigma is (probably) the best jungler in the game and is most of the time the guy with more cs in competitive games, you should maximize your usefulness: this means skipping Arcane Boots (as said by Glenn T, brown boots are good until you get a pair of BoTs; the Blink Dagger gives you more than enough mobility anyway), getting the Soul Ring as your first item so that you can convert jungle creeps forever and thinking about getting good late game items - I think Linken's Sphere (you can put the immunity on teammates too!), Aghanim's Scepter and especially Scythe of Vyse are invaluable items, for sure better than a Radiance (why would you need it anyway? It's usually rushed for farming purposes) or a Bloodstone (the survivability from either Vyse, Shiva's, Agh's Linken's is enough).
No, it doesn't go through BKB (the only silence that goes through BKB is Doom's Lucifer), so you should buy BKB to prevent his Global Silence. and yes we can dispell the silence if we activate BKB afterwards. Thank you, I will put that (and both Venge and Rexxar) in Silencer section.
I think Tikru8 is right, if you cast bkb and then he uses Global Silence then you are silenced.
You don't max Demonic Conversion early, it's a great farming and pushing skill.
Also, you choose a ring of basilius over the normal soul ring, i know it gives a nice aura, but it's just not as good for mana as a soul ring is.
The decision of what item to build first is much more dependant on the enemy. A Mekansm is normally the first item as you can farm it very quickly meaning it's more useful as it's an early mek, great for teamfights and pushing. You can go Black King Bar first if they have a lot of disables, although if they go through bkb there's not much point.
Only go blink dagger first if they will not be able to prevent your chanelling. Someone in their team should be waiting for you to go in to instantly cancel you channeling, then you've just blinked into their entire team, panic time!!
I don't think enigma's skills fit a ganker very well. He has a mediocre stun which does a bit of damage, and his second and third skills won't help much. Using a skill with a 200 second cooldown would against most hereos on their own be a waste. You say don't gank alone, but going around as more than one seems that it's not a gank and it's a teamfight anyway so maybe i'm just not understanding what you mean. His skills are for teamfight. 4 second aoe disable through bkb, that is a teamfight skill!
You could add a bit about how Midnight Pulse destroys tress, great against the 6.79 broodmother and people attempting to juke you.
Shadowblade, for the ultimate pub enigma :p
1. I dont max it first, because of two reasons. First, there are 2 other of his skills that are more important to be maxed out: You want to get full capacity 3 seconds of your malefice, and you want to make your ultimate more hurting. Second, you don't really need great Eidolons to help you farming; 2nd level Eidolons are already great thou for last hitting. :D
2. AH. The mighty Soul Ring! Sorry I forget about that. Thank you for reminding.
3. As you said, the decision of what item to build first is much more dependent on the enemy; same thing goes with Mekans and BKB. And assuming that you will not face some noobs out there, buying Blink Dagger is a MUST. Average players (not pro) are already know how dangerous Black Hole is. So if you can't jump right onto their standing, they will make a good position to cancel your Black Hole. And that's also why I mentioned over and over again in my guide to lock down at least one enemy's disablers.
4. I think I have to disagree with you about Malefice. It is not mediocre stun. It is a unique stun which can be a great ganking setup, because it has a nice casting range: 600. Positioning is everything in every gank, so yeah, Malefice will help a lot in that case.
5. Thank you, I will add that trees-cutting stuffs in the guide. It is also a little bit nice for warding (although it is ALWAYS better to get Observer Wards. Haha)

Add nyx assassin as bad bad foes, he has 2 possible stun to interrupt your black hole and you really don't like that mana burn, ah, once he's 6 he can also gank you in the jungle

If I'm not mistaking, Global Silence goes through BKB - but if you activate BKB after you get Global Silenced the silence is dispelled.
Also I think it's worth mentioning Vengeful Spirit and Beastmaster in the enemies section: venge can interrupt Black Hole with Nether Swap and Beastmaster can roar you - both abilities go through BKB (just like Rubick's Spell Steal).
