I was thinking just now about how much I am disgusted by the balance of the game and it suddenly dawned on me that even though I was choosing strength tank heroes with high life pools, stuns, and passive tank capabilities, I was still not handling magic damage to a satisfactory level, this is also probably due to the fact that magic damage is so damn effective when used by a team cooperatively early on.

With that said, I wondered why I had never come across any strength hero in the game, naturally having his high life pool, that didn't have a magic damage resistance of some kind.

So I looked it up...

To my shock, I found that the only real hero that handles magic damage as a strength tank is pudge.. the next best character to handle magic damage is probably one that doesn't even have magic resistance but uses hood/pipe as a core item... centaur.

And that's really.... ABOUT IT....

So, going back to my Juggernaut + Centaur thread, I'm now considering changing this to Juggernaut + Pudge combo...

What further dawned on me about this is how often we see pudge play the center lane and not offlane to play with a juggernaut...

But also the fact that hardly anyone out there is also rushing soul ring on jugger and high level healing skill...

The more life pool pudge has, the faster it will come back...

Anyways, it looks like I found a way to keep my hope alive for this game with this little experiment here....

I'm wondering what, in turn, would be the pure combo to this pudge + juggernaut... perhaps something like Luna + Ursa? (lunas raw damage aura?)

Thoughts?

My mission here has always been to give this game a fair chance, and people here are so emotionally triggered with rage when I make accusations for things that they cannot adequately defend.

Then, I turn it around and reveal a combo and key factors that may have not been tried or thought of which actually work way better then what they have ever suggested, and then they get all defensive when I accuse them of not having a true understanding of the game, and not providing a true education to the public of how to actually play. And then the vetran dota players wonder why the dota 2 community is so toxic.

Ignorance is a *****.

I don't even understand how people can pride themselves on their records and such, as if their **** doesn't stink, when they abuse what they can where they can.

It's because no matter how much people try to steer you in the direction of being better at the game, you smack them in the face and proceed to continue spouting nonsense with strategies that might only work in the lowest skill bracket.

Mate. All of your suggestions are trash. Jugger + centaur and jugger + pudge are horrible lanes. Either you are a troll or you think you know anything about the game but in fact you are clueless.

If the first if true go to the playdota forums and join your fellow trolls and idiots. If the second is true and you are serious take your time to actually learn the game and figure out what lanes are good.

Cant this guy atleast get a temp ban or something for spamming these threads?

Everyone is on a different page going off in all directions. Which one is right?

Nope.

Does spouting nonsense bother you so much when it actually based on well founded critical thought?

Emotional Sensitivity Disease.

You tried answering your own question, and you did so in a manner and logic only you can understand.
