Pros: Can effectively counter hard carries. Can lower people like treant's massive damage.
Cons: Needs Exp to function well and good sense of timing along with a great sense of what items to buy.
Similar to a silencer, but with an Omniknight like passive and a focus on an ability that is an autoattacker's worst nightmare, disarm. His slows are interesting, but would be quite annoying until lvls 3 and 4 where his team would be unaffected, so if he gets shut down early game he is severely hindered and useless.
I think overall it is fairly balanced and with a silencer paired with him he would be a real nightmare (global silence + global disarm = Team wins).
