i noticed that at the first levels (i think about 1 to 10), every player gets at least one rare or better item. and after those levels its just random drops.
can someone confirm?

The drop system is random, I don't think there's something static or a filter for it.

dude trust me there is nothing random about it, your gonna get a chest almost 99 times out of 100. Its just pure ********, chests chests chests and more damn chests

It's a free game. They are encouraging you to do something to donate to all of the insane amount of work they've done.

If you don't like it, then go to the store and buy a set that you like. Problem solved.
