Hello. My name is Talenhiem, preferably called Tal. I am a Smite crossover - if you think that you can explain some things better with Smite analogies, I'm okay with that.

I'm mostly interested in the Support role. I have played Io for a while, then tried Treant Protector and Jakiro. Jak seems to be my favorite so far.

I have a mic, but it's picky on when it works, so I may be able to voicechat, other times, not so much.

My Steam name is "Tal, the DotA'er in Training". Any and all help will be accepted.

Hello Talenhiem,

I suggest playing Warlock. He is a great support and a fun hero. Also try to win the wards game. Find enemy wards and destroy them!!!

I suggest playing Treant Protector since hes quite durable early game and really strong during team fights especially with his ultimate. He a str based hero and hits quit hard so hes pretty good at harassing when you understand his spells. While playing Treant protector i suggest practicing on a few things that really stand out in a support player which is having map awareness in your lane and only depend on yourself for map awareness so be able to call out missing for other lanes or be aware that they are missing. Usually for middle the opposing middle lane hero should vanish about every 2 minutes at the x2:50 mark where x is a variable. Also being able to know the good spots to ward and how to counter ward, how to stack 2-5 camps, stacking ancients dewarding, ward locations, know when to dust and put a sentry when facing and invisible hero. if it's too much to learn all at once, take it one step at a time. Focus on map awareness first, that should be key to saving lives.
