I find him to be a pretty decent counter to Alch (should get a bkb on razor) at reducing his right click. If you want to be annoying in pubs you could get a shadow blade do pretty much always get a full link duration. Or with the recent buff to his ulti, if you're having a fun pub match and you're pretty fed, drop what you're doing and go Aghs/Refresher and laugh as the other team (as well as buildings) are zapped to death
