Atlas starting (another) team!

So I'm going to be more willing to try out more people this time. There are still going to be some prerequisites, however.

1. Have at least 350 wins. If you're confident that you're a dota veteran and don't meet this prerequisite, we can talk and I'll ask you some questions to see if you really know what you're talking about.

2. Speak English fluently, obviously so there are no communication issues.

3. Be from North America, makes scheduling practice much much easier. If you're from EU and have very lenient schedule, so that you can be up very late at night/early in the morning, we might can work something out.

4. Have a somewhat flexible schedule, we'll mostly practice at night.

5. Be able to take criticism. This is important, no one is a perfect player and I can be very critical when you're on my team, I don't mean it in a bad way so please don't take offense to someone telling you "you should have done this in X situation".

This is my only account and experience from DOTA (and any other games of the genre), and at first things didn't go very well. Also, I always play in high or very high bracket, I only get into normal if I party up with lower mmrs.
