Tried bot game I would change the boots to boots of travel as you can teleport but mana regen is a must.... Need Clairty bottles "buy heaps" easy to use with shadow ward never have to go back to shop again. Bottles are quick cheap and easy. keeps you in game. heads up! if you want to stop your opponent leveling up kill you creeps when they are low they don't get cash or xp for the kill.

I really love this hero, but i buy at the beginning ring-of-basilius and i use phase-boots to get some survivor skill beside the healing and a magic wand. Then im with you, going for aghanims-scepter and then for my 4 golems.

I love to get so much kills with the warlock. A lot of ppl buy mek and play support non offensive type. It works for me being a dd to death.

Nice Guide. TY..

Best regards.

I downvoted this guide simply because you leave Upheaval unleveled until endgame. IMO, it's Warlock's most important skill behind Chaotic Offering. With good positioning, it can net a lot of kills for your team in fights. It's also fun watching the enemy carry squirm around like he's stuck in a fly trap.

Why would you get Null Talisman? I think Bracer would be much better because Warlock is squishy even with his decent strength gain. Also, Upheaval is a pretty good spell to follow up your other spells, the slow helps keep your enemies in place for your golems to whack away, so you should pick up a level sooner, maybe once you get your Aghanim's Scepter.

You should include mek in situational or something. WL is a great mek holder, and if no one else is buying it on your team you should, it will have a far bigger impact than an early anghanim. It will also save you from getting jumped before you get to drop your golem, if they have strong initiators or gankers.

Also, you should consider RoB over null talisman- warlock is a pusher, and turning on rob, carrying mek and dropping a golem is a sure fire way to win a team fight and take a tower.

I typically build rob--> arcane --> mek --> anghanims --> fresher, it is awesome.
