[NA] NEW Team [EGO] LF Support/Offlaner (looking to get serious)

About Team EGO:

Team EGO (Efficiently Ganking Opponents) is a new team founded by players Archetype and Fusion. Our objective, simply put, is to have fun and win. The goal is to take a group of the uninitiated (in the competitive scene), and/or players newer to the scene, and grow as a team to the point where we can consistently take away prizes in tournaments.

Currently we primarily play in the evening between the hours of 6PM PST and 12 or 1 AM PST, but we do additionally play during off hours solo (usually between morning and afternoon). Any trial candidate interested must at least be able to make our evening hours and be flexible with their schedule.

We want to make at as far as we possibly can competitively, and that may mean adding additional hours for team play in the future. If you cannot at least make our 6 hours in the evening, you should not apply.

What we're looking for:

We are currently looking for 2 support players and 1 offlaner to begin a trial with us immediately.

All candidates looking to fill these positions should have the following:

1. Complete knowledge of all heroes and items in the game, and their uses.
2. Superb map awareness and decision-making skills.
3. The unfailing drive to improve as a team and individual (and accept constructive criticisms).
4. Be up to date with the current meta-game.
5. A strong desire to theorycraft new strategies for the team and individually.
6. Knowledge of all possible warding locations, (offensive/defensive, camps, and dewarding).
7. A headset/microphone.
8. Be fluent in English.
9. Must be at least 16 years old!
10. Must have Raidcall and/or Skype.
11. Must be WINNING!

We do have a preference for players located in North America for obvious reasons, but may consider players from other locations based on the individual.
