Europe Ovest user Looking for group to fit in!

Hello everyone :) it's me once again, i now have passed some hours in dota, im definitely not a good player still..but..i passed the 1100 hours mark and im pretty much sick and tired of pubs and the ppl you find in them, i would love to play dota as it's meant to be played, as a team based real time strategy game. therefore! im looking for a group to fit in, i am pretty much used to all roles and im touching all of them a bit at a time, more or less i do better as initiator and off-laner.
Pls contact me, possibly more serious the better, there is still room for learning and getting better for me, and i hope wohever want to take me with him can help me become a better player. i play in Europe Ovest server, got mic and i can speak english well enough to maintain a conversation. i also link my dotabuff space for anyone who wants to get information on my dota profile, hero usage, win rate and records. i thakn everyone who'll give me attention in advance.
