So let's get this straight:
I'm tired of going into the matchmaking queue only to find myself with idiots who insta-pick pudge, riki, drow, and bounty hunter. All cause they think they're "leet".
I then waste 45 minutes of my time watching as the other two "randomers" fail at the "one hero" they don't know very well. On top of that, more than half my games are with non-english speakers on the US/East server... Why?
So here's what I'm looking for:
I'm looking for fellow Dota players who are dedicated to the team, (Not their KDA), who speak perfect english and have a microphone.
You must have a good understanding of the meta-game and willing to be the team's "*****" every once and awhile. (We'll take turns. Hell, half my wins are with CM) must be willing to build a good team composition and play a team based, objective oriented game with me.

Bottom line: I want to be able to play with people who I can communicate with, who are team players, and who can do it on a consistent basis. Mid-level players only right now. I'm not looking to tutor anyone on what CS, Stacking and Pulling, or DPS all mean.

If you think you fit the bill, please comment below and we'll play some dota.
Thanks!

I'm in the process of building a team, got 4/5 members so far. Trying out as many people as I can to find the best fit. Hit me up in game if you'd be interested.

I was thinking of putting something of this nature up in the forums myself. I'd like to try out for you and for Loafninja :D

Only problem is I'm from India, and I wonder if that will cause lag issues? Do let me know what you decide.
Screw business! It just got personal

I'm game, and on the East Coast as well. Still fairly new, but have done a great deal of research/tourney game watching. I usually only play a game or two in the evenings.

Favorite players:

Lifestealer
Slark
Keeper of the Light

I can mid/support/carry and usually find myself as support in pub games since no one else ever wants to play it. Like you said, its all Pudge, Riki, Cancer Lancer, Bounty Hunter, and Drow.
