I am An Avreage Player , A friend of Mine Told me the Basics (He is An AboveAvreage)
I need help with Learning New Heroes And Builds
And Early Game Behavior
My Most Picked Heroes (The ones i mastered)
-BloodSeeker
-Ursa
-Sniper
If so, I would recommend learning to play support.
To be good at the game you need to understand the strengths and weaknesses of all the roles. What I'm seeing in your Heroes Played is Carries, and 1 Zeus.
Learning new build and heroes is easy, just look at the guides on here. Give it a week or two, and you'll have the patterns(of items) down.
Just know that you can get Drum of Endurance on anyone and still be useful.
A list of things to do early game, most important to last (From my experience as a solo offlane)
1. Don't die
2. Stay in EXP range
3. Get last hits
4. Deny creeps
5. Kill enemy heroes
That's just my opinion. First blood is worth 8-12 last hits, standard kills are about 4-5.
Also, if all the enemies are missing mid to late-game, don't go past the river without proper wards.
As a final note, this is me. And I still consider myself below average.
Start learning the support role, nobody wants a 5 man carry game.
I began with Io, what was a bad idea... Start with Rubick, Dazzle or Jakiro, they are quite good heroes, easy to learn, and great fun especially Rubick.
DOTAFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new hero, or fine tune your favorite DotA hero’s build and strategy.
