How do I set the "control" and "alternate" keys as custom bindings?

Hi, if you don't know yet, you can create some custom bindings to do stuff that are not in the settings such as pressing a key to type a specific message, essentially giving you a specific quick chat message bound to a key. What I wish to do right now is to assign "Control + C" to produce a message "Does anyone want to use the courier? I'm about to bring it to me". This would allow me to press C for courier and Control + C to ask that question before using. The problem is that I cannot find the official console binding for the "control" and "alternate" keys. Can anyone help me out? It's not listed in the configuration even though my 4th, 5th and 6th items use control 2, 3 and 4.

You cant bind a command that requires multiple keys to be pressed simultaneously in game. BUt I believe there should be software for this. I think you can do it in autohotkey.
