Looking for a team NA/EU West

Hi, as the title suggests I'm looking to join up with a dedicated team. I've got a decent group of ppl that I stack with regularly, but I'm looking to take it to the next level and work together with a dedicated crew and start playing towards a more competitive scene. I'm typically playing most nights or early morning during the week. I work seasonally so atm my playtime is flexible and I can commit to a specific playtime. I'm located east coast Canada, which lends me to have decent ping on both na and eu west servers. So playing overseas isn't too much of an issue, I've got a group playing out of Germany and it works out fine, minus the Russians....
As for experience, I've got over 800 games played and watch pro matches daily. Lately, I've been playing mostly off-lanes with a mix of support but whatever the team needs I'll be willing to take on. I'm looking for experienced players though, that are also looking to step up their game. I'm in my mid-twenties and I prefer not to play with younger players, so if you can't legally buy booze, in canada at least, refrain from adding.
