About general guides, he meant stuff like "The Guide to Making Guides" or "Which Support Should You Pick" or guides like that. Probably just an icon with the DotaFire symbol linking to here.
Hero build/guide searching made easy through the use of Dotafire (Mobafire).
How to use this extension:
You click the icon in the top right corner and then click the face icon of your hero that you need a guide for, or hover over it to show you the name of that particular hero, it'll redirect you to the top guides for that hero on Dotafire. There are also a Dota 2 and Dotafire buttons in the bottom right corner which redirect to their homepages for quick browsing.
Note: If you have any suggestions, comments, criticism, etc... Please post them in the chrome store and/or reply to this post.
Latest two versions
This extension was created by the same creator that made the Smite Guide extension which made the frontpage at Smitefire and the popular Leageue of Legends Guide Extension at Mobafire.
Very nice extension, but I found that I have problems with finding heroes. If it's possible you could add find option, or make other version with heroes segregated into str, agi and int sections like in-game one.
"When game is going full ******, you can only go with it. If you start going against it, if you start going half ******, you´re ****ing done for. When Aloha decides to go middle rubick you let him, and you start buying orb of venom on invoker. That's how dota works" -n0tail

I understand exactly what you want... Eyes peeled for the next release, who knows what's in there? ;)
The system of arranging heroes into str, agi and int like in-game will most likely be put into a different addon at some point. But until there isn't more request for that specifically I won't immediately release it due to time issues.
DOTAFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new hero, or fine tune your favorite DotA hero’s build and strategy.
