Yeah I bought a cosmetic item bundle for meepo and in game after I get more than one meepo, the cosmetic item suddenly dissapear. is this normal or is it a bug?

It's a bug, and I believe letting the staff know about it on the DotA 2 forum will get it fixed sooner or later.
