Looking for a team to join! US West/East

I am a long time Dota 2 player who has been around since before Dota 2 started selling invites. I am looking for a competitive team that can cooperate like I can in organized strategy! Right now my stats are average and I am a bit rusty, but I believe that my current status is not what is so important. I have much experience with most every hero in the game and I consider Dota 2 a thinking game. I can stratigize while playing without losing focus. I'm sure that typing whats below will be easier so read that! I also plan to continue to grow, I have an open mind to feedback but have my own personal opinions about how to play as well, lastly my stats are bad cuz of public match making for the most part. That's why I need a team cuz anti-social people say "shut up, stop using that damn cursed microphone and play the stupid game!" I consider stats above 60% good stats which is where I think I deserve to be, but people keep dragging me down with their lack of communication. Once I met a riki that bought 2 bottles! I'm sure that typing whats below will be easier to read so here is my info.

Internet Speed: 2nd Highest Speed Rent From FIOS
PC Speed: Able to run Dota 2 without problems and am about to upgrade to a Super PC
Mouse: Razor Naga = 12 Hotkeys that I have gotten used to using
Dota Allstars: Yes before Valve invented Dota 2
Dota 2: Started playing not long after closed beta came out
Roles: Can play any role needed
