Like the item choices; I'm glad to see the mek because I think it is the best thing to pick up on him after arcane boots.

a couple suggestions:

1) I like to max the aura earlier than you do in this guide; it's actually more powerful the earlier in the game you take it, before the enemy team begins buying armour items. One way to speed this up is delaying extra levels of your ult, which does not scale impressively.

2) You should tell people what midgame item to buy if someone else on your team is buying a mek.

3) I would put some INT items in the luxury section. I think a late-game titan is strongest if he is super tanky and is never out of mana, which you don't necessarily get with just an AC and Heart. Shiva's guard, Refresher Orb, and Scythe of Vyse are all good options for this.
