If you activate form on ghost scepter, you take 40% extra damage from magic attacks. But does this apply to etheral blade too? Cuz it doesn't say in the item description.

Also... what is the duration of magic protection when you activate pipe of insight?

Ethereal is a constant state within the mechanics, so yes.

The duration is as long as the buff is on you, so 8 seconds.

So why does etheral blast affect both targets and cause 75 + 2x attribute damage, yet ghost form doesn't? It would make more sense if they included +40% magic damage in the description, like they do with ghost scepter.

It puts both units in an ethereal state, the status effect ethereal is already described in an ingredient they don't need to restate the specifics of the effect, just tell you that they are applied. Its video game basics, it saves coding, text, and space in general to not overwhelm the description with unneeded details.

Imo, it wouldn't hurt to include it in the detailed mechanics part when one holds Alt and hovers over the skill.
